Through the Samsung smartwatch (Ellie Watch), we collect health data that may include:
- Heart rate and variability
- Blood oxygen level (SpO2)
- Physical activity data (steps, calories)
- Sleep patterns
- Fall detection
- Emergency alerts triggered by the user (SOS button)
1.3 Geolocation data
Device location data is collected only under the following circumstances:
- When an emergency alert is triggered (detected fall or SOS button)
- When the user provides explicit consent for location tracking
- When an authorized emergency contact requests the user's location
Continuous location tracking is never performed without user consent.
1.4 Service usage data
- Alert and emergency history
- Interactions with the assistance center
- Billing and payment data
2. Use of Data
We use the collected information for the following purposes:

3. Data Sharing
We share personal data only under the following circumstances:
3.1 Emergency services
In the event of a detected emergency (fall, SOS alert, or other critical condition), we may share location data, relevant medical information, and user identity with emergency services (ambulances, fire departments, police) to ensure a rapid and effective response.
3.2 Emergency contacts
Family contacts or designated guardians may receive alert notifications, location data during emergencies, and periodic health reports, according to the configuration set by the user.
3.3 Service providers
We work with technology providers that assist us in delivering the service (hosting, data processing, communications). These providers are contractually obligated to maintain data confidentiality.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
4. Data Retention
- Account data: retained while the user maintains an active subscription and up to 12 months after cancellation.
- Health data: retained during the subscription period. The user may request deletion at any time.
- Emergency data: retained for a period of 24 months for safety and regulatory compliance reasons.
- Billing data: retained according to the periods established by applicable Argentine tax legislation.
5. User Rights
In accordance with Argentine personal data protection legislation (Law 25,326), you have the right to:
- Access: request information about the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: request the deletion of your personal data.
